Cleaning is the removal of real soil; substances that are unwanted and foreign to the construction of the textile or surface . Our guarantee is to remove real soil to an acceptable aesthetic level. 

Regular Steam Clean is water rinse extraction. This type of cleaning removes soil to an acceptable degree. 

A Quote Increment  happens based on the technician's evaluation of the areas to clean. Factors such as soiling level, additional services, and actual area dimensions play an important role on price increment. Our specials are intended for routine cleaning. If the areas scheduled to be cleaned require higher detail and dedication, the technician will inform and explain the changes; customer may accept the suggested service or decline its entirety or parts of it. 

Carpet Restoration  is not routine carpet cleaning. Technicians will inform you whether your service is considered carpet restoration. This typically occurs when the carpet has high levels of soil, high incidents of pet accidents, neglected to properly maintain it among other factors that will require us to combine different cleaning methods.

Slippery Surfaces will be present during and after service. Care must be taken when transiting from cleaned areas to other areas and vice versa.

Spot Removal is part of the cleaning process, but if spots remain too long, they may become stains. The removal of stains is not part of the normal cleaning process and it could generate a separate charge. The technician will inform you about stains that might be permanent before the service begins. Technicians will also point out apparent stains such as traffic marks or furniture marks that will prevail and not be uniform with the rest of the areas cleaned.

Off-Site area rug cleaning will yield the best results. We can still clean some area rugs on-site; however, the outcome might not be as satisfactory as professionally cleaning them at dedicates facilities. 

Furniture can be moved upon request. However, items such as oversized sectionals, beds, headboards, dressers, bookshelves and other large storage equipment will not be moved, but cleaned around. Similarly, furniture that holds fragile items such as china, glass or electronics will not be placed on a different area to allow underneath cleaning. The safety of our technicians is important, therefore, heavy furniture will remain in the area where it sits. 

Workmanship Concerns must be reported within 48hrs after service completion in writing to customercare@premiersteamer.com

Refund Policy If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, you must notify it to the technician. If the technician cannot solve your concern, please contact us by phone immediately or via email within 48hrs. We will schedule a no-cost visit to evaluate if further cleaning is needed or a partial refund can be processed. We will notify you about the status of your refund within 48hrs. After we initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), you will receive the credit within 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies or a check will come in the mail within 15 business days if the payment was made with a check or cash.
