Residential service includes application of pre conditioning solution, hot water extraction & deodorization. If carpet areas display excessive soiling, restorative cleaning or carpet shampooing will be recommended to improve cleaning results; both are offered as an additional service. Regular cleaning does not include pet-fluid treatment, furniture marks or filtration marks removal. An average room size constitutes up to 120 sq ft. We request from customers to vacuum areas and move small furniture out of the way in order to maximize areas cleaned. We clean carpets with water rinse extraction also known as hot water extraction or more popularly known as "steam cleaning."
